In the anime, Food Wars!: Shokugeki No Soma, Yukihira really exaggerated the juiciness and umami-ness of his GOTCHA! Pork Roast. So juicy that your bodily fluids will flow excessively D: But irl, bacon grease/flavor really doesn’t spread throughout the filling like that at all so I was a bit disappointed! Nonetheless, it tasted great with the sauce.
My version was 90% successful. 10% missing due to lack of said umami and juiciness lol. It did everything but knock my socks off.
I will definitely attempt this again with a few changes. Probably will add cold cubes of butter in filling, pre-bake and baste the filling, then wrap in bacon.

If no one knows that eating delicious food does not correlate to stripping, then no one understands Shokugeki no Soma.
The Nakiri family's "The Gift" causes stripping, not the food. The food just gives imagery that makes them feel naked/cosplaying.

You shouldn't have rinsed the mushroom. They probably soaked up the water instead of your juices

Your knife is garbage, sharpen it before making a video. The way you washed the flavor of the mushrooms away is the worst, NEVER UNDER RUNNING WATER THEIR DELICATE, damp towel. You’re worthless as a cook, Spray nonstick really can we be any more basic. Yes let me put the herbs in a way that won’t be aromatic for the food, especially when not using a convection oven 😉.
